Start on I-95 South toward New Hampshire.
Cross into New Hampshire and continue on I-95 South.
Take the exit onto I-93 North towards Concord, NH.
Follow signs for I-393 E/US-4 E/US-202 E towards Loudon.
Exit onto NH-106 S/Sheep Davis Road towards Pembroke.

From Sagadahoc and Lincoln Counties (Midcoast Maine)

Head south on US-1 S toward Brunswick.
Take the I-295 S exit toward Portland.
